Is Airport Ace compatible with the new iPhone 5?

Yes, Airport Ace will run with no problems on iPhone 5, however it has not yet been updated to take advantage of the larger screen.  Once we receive our iPhone 5, we will start transitioning all of our apps to take advantage of the larger screen.  This is not a fast process, but we will be working hard to get this done as soon as possible.

 

I updated Airport Ace, now the icon is blank.

Delete the app from the device, and re-download the application from the App Store.  If you are still having problems, please contact us.

 

Is there a way to export my airport notes?

Currently, there is no way to retrieve the notes.  This is planned for a future version.

 

How can I request additional airports / features?

You can always contact us, we try to answer every e-mail within a day or two.

 

Why does information vary between airports?

Information is only as good as the airport that is providing it.  In general, US airports provide far more information then ones located outside of the US.  If an airport doesn’t publish very good information on its website, we would have trouble adding the airport to the application.

 

Why is the “Delays” page only available for US airports?

The United States FAA provides this data free of charge for all US airports.  Worldwide airports may be supported in a future version.
